Regular cleaning schedules may be adjusted with reasonable notice, subject to staff availability.


12. Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed in your service arrangement—either per service, weekly, or monthly according to your chosen plan. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, card payments, and standing orders for regular services.

Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is received and may incur administrative charges.


13. Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints
